EXCHANGES AND RETURN POLICY
The legal right of cancellation or right of returning an order that applies to consumers who enter into online selling contracts, allowing the cancellation or termination of a contract within a period of 14 days from the receipt of your products, without giving any justification or incurring any costs, does not apply to the supply of goods produced using consumer specifications or that have been customized.
If the customer wishes to cancel or refund the order, for this purpose, contact Let’s Copy through the email: letscopy@letscopy.pt. We will contact you upon receiving your request, in order to determine whether the right of withdrawal applies to you and the products involved.
In the event of a consumer dispute as set out in Law No. 144/2015, of 8 September, the consumer may use the European Dispute Resolution Online Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or to the following alternative entity for consumer
disputes:
